This Georgia Real Estate Purchase Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into by and between ___________________ (the "Buyer") and ___________________ (the "Seller") on this ______ day of ________________, 20___. The real property to be transferred under this Agreement is located at _________________________________________, Georgia (the "Property"). This Agreement is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia.

The parties to this Agreement hereby acknowledge and agree as follows:

  1. Sale of Property: Seller agrees to sell, and Buyer agrees to buy, the Property described herein, together with all improvements, fixtures, and appurtenances, on the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
